Small ventas, located on the panoramic terrace, offer you food, drinks and souvenirs.
In the history of the Basque cake, the addition of pastry cream dates back to the early 20th century. Originally, the cake had no filling. It’s simply a delicious blend of crispness and sweetness. The sobriety of the shape of the Basque cake and the elegance of its colour, the contrast of these textures are a gastronomic invitation. When cut, the pleasure of the eyes operates before exalting the taste buds. Many tourists go to Sare on a campsite trip to taste the real Basque cake.
